Tagged!

THE FIVE

10 years ago I:
1. was starting my Sophomore year of college at WSU!
2. was working as a cashier at MC Sports
3. was attending the single's ward BH2
4. was only dating casually, but was 5 months away from meeting my true love.
5. decided not to apply for medical school and changed my career path.

5 things on today's "to do" list:

1. Sort, wash, dry, fold laundry.
2. Daily housecleaning.
3. Make 1,000 phone calls for work.
4. See 3-4 patients today and finish paperwork.
5. Read more of the book group book. The meeting is Thursday and I'm only 1/4 done!

5 snacks I enjoy:

1. Popcorn with Raisinettes
2. Chocolate chip cookies
3. Slurpees
4. Fruit salad if I don't have to do any peeling or cutting myself.
5. Fruit leather.

5 things I would do if I were a millionaire:

1. Stop working, or at least not be so worried about it.
2. Rent out our house for cheap and buy a new one with at least one more bathroom.
3. Pay back student loans.
4. Get a great financial adviser and invest for retirement, kids' school, and missions.
5. Give all our family members one big gift.

5 places I have lived:

1. Eastpointe, MI
2.Hazel Park, MI
3. Warren, MI
4. ...I guess that's all
5. ... I need to see more of the world.

Five jobs I have had:

1. Paper route for the Daily Tribune.
2. Chicken Shack
3. Major Magic's (like Chuck e. Cheese for you out of towners)
4. MC Sports cashier and associate manager.
5. Occupational Therapist

A fellow paper-girl!!! Did you get your route for your 10th birthday like I did mine? (Yeah, mine was a fun "surprise" from my dad. Turns out it was the best gift he could have given me--lessons on the appreciation of work, the value of a dollar, paying tithing is a blessing, etc. etc. etc....)

HEATHER DOESN'T HAVE A BLOG. HERE ARE HER 5'S!



10 years ago I:
1. Was pregnant with Madeleine
2. Vomiting 8 times a day
3. Working as a tv news producer at 3TV – the Place with More Stuff!
4. Had been married to Steve for five years
5. Was living in Phoenix, AZ and had a pool in my backyard

5 things on today's "to do" list:

1. Create a music mix for my spin class (this can take a few hours.)
2. Try to get my children to read instead of watch t-v.
3. Get extra sleep
4. Recover from a nasty head cold (this may take a few days.)
5. Delegate dinner responsibilities to Steve (I’m sick)

5 snacks I enjoy:

1. Chocolate peanut butter smoothies
2. Luna/Mojo bars
3. Frozen grapes (they’re like a natural popsicle.)
4. Toast (from my own home made bread.)
5. Candied nuts (although I haven’t had them in a while.)

5 things I would do if I were a millionaire:

1. Take a big family vacation w/ a nanny
2. Buy my husband and I new vehicles (our bikes are worth more than Steve’s 11 year old Explorer.)
3. Buy a boat and two jet skis for my parents home on a lake in Michigan.
4. Get a great financial adviser and invest for retirement, kids' school, and missions.
5. Give all our family members one big gift.

5. I went to Norway once for two weeks, does that count?

1. Arby’s Team Member
2. Veterinary Assistant
3. Grounds Crew for Oakland County, Michigan (this involved pulling weeds and spreading woodchips around the county buildings.)
4. T-V News producer, reporter, and my personal favorite: “Heather with the Weather.”
5. Fitness Coach: Yoga and Indoor Group Cycling Instructor
